Have you discovered LibGuides yet?

Librarians who specialize in many of the subject disciplines on campus have created these online guides – some on a general topic, some “how-to” topics – like proper citation style formatting, and some that directly connect with the research assignments of a specific course.  There are tips for book recommendations, video clips with training information, database recommendations and tips for searching them well, etc. They are a great resource to support many of the programs on campus!

You can view these guides on the University Library homepage ( – they are listed under the column listed as
“Research Help” or go directly to the listing at:

If you would like to see a LibGuide created for your program or course, talk to your liaison librarian.
