New Library Service: ArticleReach

Have you heard about Article Reach? It is a marvelous new (free) service offered by the University Libraries.

If the article you are searching for is not available in full-text online,  select the Periodical Finder link to see if we have the article available in one of our other databases (or in print, in the library). If it is not available through Periodical Finder you can select “Article Reach” and a request will be made to participating libraries throughout the world – if any participating library has the article, a scanned copy will be sent to you – usually within 48 hours. If the Article Reach service cannot locate a copy of your article, the library staff will submit an inter-library request (ILL) on your behalf. Articles located through ILL can often take about two weeks – so if this will be too late to meet your needs, just note the last date needed by on the Article Reach form. Article Reach works something like the Link+ service – information you need for your research – available quickly – and free! And now our Inter-Library Loan service is free too.
